MINDFULNESS

I offer individual Mindfulness Training with Reiki Treatments, a day long Mindfulness for Reiki Course and a Mindfulness for Reiki CD, including the Hatsurei Ho Meditation and Deep Relaxation Body Scan used on my course. Below you will also find a Mindful Version of the Reiki Principles.

Mindfulness Training combined with Reiki Treatments

Mindfulness can be helpful in continuing the stress reduction and pain relief often experienced during Reiki treatments. Practicing mindfulness techniques and understandings can sustain us through difficulties and enable us to more fully experience positive awareness in our daily life.

Mindfulness for Reiki Spiritual Development

Open to anyone attuned to Reiki 2 or above and can be used for CPD

Usui Mikao saw Mindfulness as an important practice of Reiki and taught Mindfulness to his students. So we can use Mindfulness to increase our Reiki vibrational level and we can use Reiki to support our Mindfulness practice. Doing this aids our spiritual development and helps us to live in a positive, happy way. The course includes a Reiji Empowerment.

You will learn:

  •   About using Minfulness Stress Reduction and Interbeing
  •   Advanced Reiki meditation
  •   A non-traditional Reiki Symbol for pain relief and deepening awareness
  •   Mindfulness exercises including Deep Relaxation Body Scan
  •   Mindfulness of Breathing with Gathas, Walking Meditation and Pure Awareness

Mindfulness for Reiki CD including Hatsurei Ho and Deep Relaxation Body Scan

These calming exercises for Mindfulness and Reiki assist in stress reduction and healing. Listeners can return to the present moment and connect with the natural energy of positive awareness. The Deep Relaxation Body Scan can also be used as an aid to rest or fall asleep. Whether or not one is attuned to Reiki, this CD can support the development of mindful energy. The Hatsurei Ho Reiki Meditation strengthens the connection to Reiki and spiritual growth.
