TRAINING
 
I offer training in first degree Reiki, second degree Reiki, third degree Reiki, special Japanese techniques, Mindfulness for Reiki Spiritual Development and Reiki for childbirth.  Each course  is a one day workshop and attunement held in a supportive atmosphere in a small group.

Reiki Level 1

You will learn:
  • ¨ What Reiki is
  • ¨ How Reiki Works
  • ¨ Reiki Techniques

After training you will be able to:

  • ¨ Use Reiki on yourself
  • ¨ Use Reiki on other people
  • ¨ Use Reiki on animals, plants & crystals

Reiki Level 2

  •    Learn Reiki symbols
  • -   Amplify Reiki channel
  •    Practice Reiki on others
  •    Learn about distance Reiki

Mindfulness for Reiki Spiritual Development

Open to anyone attuned to Reiki 2 or above and can be used for CPD

Usui Mikao saw Mindfulness as an important practice of Reiki and taught Mindfulness to his students. So we can use Mindfulness to increase our Reiki vibrational level and we can use Reiki to support our Mindfulness practice. Doing this aids our spiritual development and helps us to live in a positive, happy way. The course includes a Reiju Empowerment.

You will learn:

  • About using Mindfulness Stress Reduction and Interbeing

  • A non-traditional Reiki Symbol for pain relief and deepening awareness

  • Mindfulness exercises including Deep Relaxation Body Scan, Mindfulness of Breathing with Gathas, Walking Meditation, Pure Awareness

Reiki 3 Master Practitioner Level

This level is for those who are committed to the practice of Reiki and their own personal development and who wish to raise their capacity up to Master level. A Master attunement and Master symbol is given, plus information and practice on advanced healing techniques

  •   Receive Usui Master Attunement, Symbol and Kotodam
  •   Advanced Reiki meditation
  •   Learn and Practice Advanced Healing techniques
  •   Learn Advanced Reiki use of crystals
  •   Advanced techniques to achieve goals and resolve life lessons

Fee: £160 (£150 concession) including manual and certificate
